Yes, especially for an Aggie grad who wants central access, walkability, restaurants, social activity or a short Uptown/Downtown commute. Grant particularly likes the West Village side of Uptown for many recent grads. Uptown is not automatically the best value, though. The Village can offer stronger built-in community, while northern areas can make more sense for frequent Plano or Frisco commuting.
