A property may be left out because it does not fit the renter’s budget, commute, lifestyle, management or exact-unit needs—or because it is not eligible under Howdy’s current client-facing property standards. A long list is not the goal. Howdy is supposed to narrow the market to strong, workable choices rather than include every apartment merely because it has availability.
