Only if you will actually use them. Grant gives more weight to management, exact-unit quality, commute, total cost, natural light, parking, social fit and everyday convenience. A spectacular rooftop, golf simulator or demonstration kitchen has limited value if you rarely use it. Recurring-use amenities such as a good gym, coworking space, resident programming or dog facilities can matter much more.
