Which newer apartment features does Grant value beyond just new finishes?

Quick answer

Grant values practical improvements such as smart locks, programmable or connected thermostats, strong internet infrastructure, useful package systems, better access control, EV charging and kitchens that are bright and functional. Newness is most valuable when it improves daily life. A fashionable backsplash alone is not enough to justify a premium.
