Quick answer
The Village is highly walkable inside the larger property, but it is not the same kind of walkability you get in a dense urban neighborhood. Residents can walk among fitness, recreation, pools, pickleball, coffee, restaurants, open spaces and resident events without leaving The Village. Grant Bynum describes it as a self-contained walkable social ecosystem. Once you leave the property, the surrounding area is less continuously walkable to unrelated nightlife, shopping and dining. For an Aggie grad who wants social activity close to home, that internal walkability is one of The Village’s biggest strengths.
