Ask how often you will realistically use it. Grant gives strong value to recurring-use features such as a good gym, coworking, resident events, dog facilities or services that save time. He gives much less value to a dramatic lounge or rooftop that looks amazing on tour but rarely fits your routine. Divide the amenity by real use, not brochure excitement.
