Should an Aggie grad include The Village on a first Dallas apartment tour?

Quick answer

Grant usually thinks The Village deserves a comparison stop for an Aggie grad moving to Dallas alone, even when the renter initially prefers Uptown or Victory Park. Its built-in community and resident activity make it a useful benchmark for social life. You may still choose an urban high-rise, but seeing The Village helps you understand what you are trading away or gaining.
