Which apartment social features matter most for an Aggie grad moving alone?

Quick answer

Grant puts recurring resident events first because they intentionally bring neighbors together. Coworking space is next because people repeatedly see one another during the week, followed by a genuinely used gym. A busy dog park can also be surprisingly social. The common theme is repeated natural contact—not how impressive the amenity looks in a brochure.
